Dr. Jennifer Hochman, Clinical Director
Dr. Jennifer Hochman is a Florida Licensed Psychologist who earned a Doctorate in clinical psychology from Nova Southeastern University (NSU) in 2001. Dr. Hochman specializes in using Cognitive Behavioral techniques and Exposure and Response Prevention to treat Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Social Phobia, Panic Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and Specific Phobias. She served as the director of the Anxiety Treatment Center at NSU’s Psychology Services Center and continues to provide supervision and training to doctoral students at NSU.
Dr. Hochman received her undergraduate degree, with Honors, at the University of Michigan. She completed her internship at University of Michigan Counseling and Psychological Services Center. Following her internship, she obtained a staff position at Barry University’s Counseling Center, where she provided therapy to undergraduate and graduate students. She completed the Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI), a course given by the International OCD Foundation that provides intensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for OCD and its spectrum disorders. Dr. Hochman is an active member of the International OCD Foundation and has conducted numerous workshops on anxiety disorders at various South Florida universities as well as throughout the community.
